Adapted reports in the DI Insights Report API

The DI Insights Report API now supports adapted reports.
Its now possible to:
List available report adaptations using
GET /report/api/adaptations.Download an adapted report through the existing report data endpoint by supplying the returned adaptationId:
POST /report/api/reportdata/{accountId}/{reportId}/{language}?reportSource=CORE&encoding=UTF8&fileFormat=CSV&adaptationId={adaptationId}
The adaptation must belong to the selected account and match the report ID, report source, and language.
Existing integrations are unaffected because adaptationId is optional.
