Delete Used Pick-Up/Return Codes
To help customers manage their pick-up codes more effectively, we have introduced a new feature allowing the reuse of pick-up codes. This feature is particularly useful for customers experiencing limitations with the number of unique pick-up codes available, ensuring that operational processes remain smooth without disruptions.
Key Features:
Reuse Pick-Up Codes: Customers can now delete used pick-up codes from an order, allowing them to free up space for new codes without affecting the rest of the order details.
API Integration: This functionality is available through the Edit Order API, making it accessible for a wide range of use cases.
System Compatibility: The solution works seamlessly across both the Main system and Cargostream, ensuring consistent data synchronization.
Example Use Cases:
A customer with pick-up codes in the format "E-187233" or "S-ECFX3" can now reuse codes once they have been processed, avoiding the exhaustion of available combinations.
Benefits:
