DI Buddy 1.1.4
Here's what's new in DI Buddy version 1.1.4. The app is from 18.11.2024 available in App Store and Google Play Store.
What's New
Late deliveries shown in Buddy as late deliveries
In the previous version of Buddy, late deliveries were displayed as part of today’s product on route and included in the product count during preparations. This made it challenging for users to identify and prioritize late deliveries effectively.
With this release, we’ve introduced improvements to how late deliveries are presented in Buddy to streamline the process and reduce confusion.
Late deliveries are now clearly marked in both the preparations and the route with the label ESND (Ettersending), consistent with how they are displayed in eBudbok. The original delivery date of the late delivery is now added.
Undo reported deviation
We’ve the ability for Buddy users to report deviations on newspapers, allowing carriers to indicate issues, like a missing product on a distribution day. To improve usability, users can now undo a reported deviation within 2 minutes, similar to the current eBudbok functionality.
Additionally, for cases where multiple prints exist for the same consumer, the selection has been updated from radio buttons to checkboxes, enabling easier reporting for multiple prints at once.
Note: Once data is sent from the device, deviations cannot be deleted
Bug fixes and improvements
Reset Scroll Position When Swiping to Next Module
We’ve fixed an issue where users remained at the previous scroll position when swiping to the next module. Now, each module begins at the top, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive navigation experience.
Partially linked customers
Resolved an issue where partially linked customers could not connect to a household if they were only linked to an address. This functionality now let the users link partially linked customers to households.
Clearer Feedback for Login Attempts Without Internet Connection
We have improved the login experience in the Buddy app by adding a specific message when users attempt to log in without an internet connection. Instead of displaying a generic “login failed” error, the app now clearly informs users that an active internet connection is required. This helps avoid confusion and ensures users know why the login attempt could not proceed.
