Resolved Performance Issues in the Proof of Delivery process of Parcels
We are excited to announce that we have resolved the issue related to the performance of our app in the proof of delivery process of parcels. Previously, the app would become slower with each photo taken, causing delays and frustration for our users.
Our development team has worked tirelessly to identify and fix the underlying issue, ensuring that the app now performs optimally, even after multiple photos have been taken. This will greatly improve the user experience and help us continue to provide a seamless and efficient parcel delivery service.

Improved Search Functionality in "My Routes"
With this release, we have made search functionality more accessible and connected, making it easier for carriers to quickly find and access the routes they need without having to navigate through unnecessary information or long distances on the page.
To achieve this, we removed the weather forecast section from the "My Routes" page and moved the search field to the top. This change makes the search feature more prominent and easier to use, improving the overall experience for our carrier users.
Based on user feedback, we also found that the weather forecast information was often inaccurate and not useful for our carrier users. By removing this section, we can streamline the page and focus on the features that are most important to our users.
We believe that this update will improve the carrier experience in Buddy and make it easier for them to find and access the routes they need.
Display Delivery and RETUR Count on a module
We are pleased to announce an enhancement to the product count on modules that provides carriers with better visibility into the number of deliveries and returns. With this update, carriers can quickly determine the number of items to be delivered and picked up using the new design of the product tags displayed on the top of each module.
In previous versions, only the tags with more than one item showed the number, but with this update, all the tags on the top of the modules will show the number of deliveries and returns. This new design of the tags will be applied to both the list view and the navigation view, making it easier for carriers to track their deliveries and returns.
We believe that this enhancement will improve the user experience for our carrier users and enable them to complete their tasks more efficiently.
Clarified RETUR parcels
In response to carrier feedback, we have made an important update that we believe will greatly improve the user experience.
Previously, carriers were not able to see RETUR parcels in the product summary on the module, which could result in missed pickups and delivery delays. Now, the RETUR parcel will be shown at the top of the module, ensuring that carriers are immediately aware of any RETUR parcels on the module.
With this update, carriers can easily identify and prioritize pick-up parcels, reducing the likelihood of missed pickups and improving overall delivery efficiency. We believe this change will make a significant difference in the day-to-day operations of our carrier partners and enhance the overall customer experience.

Icon & Label explanations
With our latest update, we have introduced a new page within the app that provides clear explanations of icons and labels used throughout the app. This page has been designed to make it easier for you to understand the meaning of each icon and label's meaning, enabling you to use the app more effectively.
This new page lists all icons and labels used in the app, their respective meanings, and usage guidelines. It is easily accessible from within the app settings and is presented in a clear and organized format, making it easy for you to find the information you need quickly and efficiently.
We believe this new feature will significantly enhance your experience with our app and we hope it will help you get the most out of the app's functionality. We are always striving to improve our user experience, and we believe that this new feature is a step forward in achieving that goal.
New Time Format
This release introduces a change to the preparations section, where start and end times now can be displayed in a 24-hour format instead of AM/PM. The switch of time format can be done in settings. The update aims to enhance user understanding and task scheduling, providing a more intuitive experience.
Bug fixes and improvements
Fixed a bug in the route explorer, where the address was shown without expanding the address.
Previously, when preparing deliveries, the app was using the late-delivery deadline set on the route instead of the actual delivery deadline. To address this issue, we have fixed the bug so that the app now correctly uses the delivery deadline in preparations.
Fixed bug where the "Complete" button was disabled after attempting to re-take a picture of a label when unable to scan the barcode.
Improved the settings page, by grouping similar functionalities into different categories.
Improve visibility of extra instruction information and ensure carriers can easily identify it for the delivery address.
Enhance the visibility of lines in the modules to aid carriers in distinguishing different elements within the module.
Version 1.0.23 has been omitted due to unforeseen technical complications.
