DI Control update: Sub-statuses now visible in parcel receipts

Background
Previously, the status column in parcel receipts in route status displayed a mix of main status (e.g., Not delivered) and sub status (e.g., Can’t find customer). As a result, it was not immediately clear what the outcome of the delivery/pickup was. Displaying the sub-status could provide more clarity and create value for users by enabling quicker follow-up and better decision-making.
Solution
The status column in parcel receipts now displays the sub-status, which reflects what the carrier has selected in Buddy. This provides more clarity on the outcome of the delivery/pickup.
For example:
If the carrier is unable to deliver a parcel due to a missing key, they select this as the deviation cause in Buddy. In DI Control, the status column will now show "Missing key".
If a parcel is delivered and left on the doormat, the status will reflect this by showing "Delivered on the doormat".
This change helps to more easily understand the outcome of each delivery and pickup directly from the parcel receipts overview.
