DI Optimize - version 1.7.2

You can now install version 1.7.2 of our Optimize plugin. Along with some general improvements, here are the main new updates:

Copy/paste vehicles in your fleet

You can now copy and paste vehicles in your fleet. This is useful if you operate with several vehicle profiles that share many of the same settings.

For example, a group of vehicles may have the same depot location, usage cost, time windows, and tags, but differ in vehicle type. Create one vehicle profile, copy and paste it, then simply change the vehicle type on the duplicated profile. You can either use the keyboard shortcuts or right-click on the vehicle profile you want to copy.

Improved handling of breaks

We’ve also made improvements for working with breaks. Previously, adding breaks was only possible on an optimized version—you had to run an optimization, load it, then add one or more breaks, and finally run another optimization to get a solution that included them.

We’ve now improved this by adding the option to include breaks in your first optimization. The break layer will be generated after using the mapping assistant when creating the input layer.

Selection summary enhancements
When using the selection summary feature, you will now also see the travel time if the selected features are on the same route and in consecutive order.
