New register event API

We have launched a new API where external can register information about what happens to a parcel in the value chain from external systems/activities. Clients can register defined events, and the event will be visible to everyone who has access to events for that parcel. Access to the API is self-served in Flow, just like other Parcel APIs. Support for marking a parcel as delivered when delivered without tracking

Some parcels are delivered by carriers without tracking. For this, it is now possible to automatically add an event notifying that the parcel will be delivered without tracking. This will be an event with API Key 072
