Improved coverage checks for outgoing parcels

With this release, we now have support for less frequent route structures when doing coverage checks for outgoing parcel volume to consumers.

In our previous coverage check it was mandatory to have a transport setup to the distribution routes for either Thursday or Saturday, for the check to provide a positive answer. In addition to that, the check demanded the route structure being identical throughout the week (M1-6).

In the new solution, these constraints* are removed when doing coverage checks without specifying a certain distribution date - instead we now look for the first actual route and transport coverage within the next 7 days. Thus hopefully enabling more positive coverage checks for parcels in the forthcoming.

(A technical note: it is the single address check API that is adjusted in this task.)

*Remark that to be able to scan future volumes in Cargostream, the transport setup must be complete for all the days you are scanning.
