Improved handling of parcel measurements

Parcel dimensions are now handled more reliably. If a parcel has measurements added - either when booked or later in the process - this information will automatically be kept even if the shipment is converted to another freight product or the order is replaced. This means less manual work and more accurate parcel data all the way through.
