Improvements in Flow and Cargostream

We have fixed a security issue in Flow: When creating a manual booking in Flow, the users were taken back to the start page instead of seeing their manual booking details. This is now fixed, and the users should now be directed to the booking details instead.

The new operational scanner report in Cargostream had a bug related to time-zones - this is now fixed.

We have fixed a bug related to booking of servicepoint parcels, this prevents inactive retail stores to be used as available servicepoints in the booking process.
