Copying keys in Pendings

We are excited to announce a new feature that will greatly enhance the user experience when switching distribution schemes on routes in pending. Previously, keys in the pending were not copied over from old routes with the old distribution scheme to the new routes with the new distribution scheme. This could lead to errors and inefficiencies in the route planning and management process.

To address this issue, we have created a user interface in the production check in Pendings that allows users to copy keys from old routes to new routes with ease. The interface provides users with a list of all keys that are found in production, with their corresponding group and position, that are missing from the routes in Pendings that the user is about to approve.

The interface allows the user to view all routes that are missing keys and the number of missing keys on each route. Users can choose to copy all keys in one route at once or copy one key at a time. Additionally, the user can select the group and position from which they wish to copy the key, providing flexibility and customization options. The user can also set up a new group and position to the key before approving the pending.

We believe that this new feature will greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the route planning and management process, and we hope that it will provide a more seamless experience for our users.

Create multiple new routes with Bulk mode in Pendings

We have improved the performance of the "auto copy route structure" feature when creating new routes and copying structures from one route to another in the Pending, ensuring you can complete your tasks quickly and efficiently without any delays.

In this update, we have optimized the bulk mode, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. Before, the user had to create each route and copy the route structure. Now the user can use Bulk mode, to create multiple routes with the same structure and products, but different distribution schemes.

The feature now works with greater accuracy and reliability, eliminating any potential errors or delays during the copying process. We believe that these enhancements will provide a more seamless experience for our users and improve their overall productivity.

Change distribution scheme (day matrix) on routes in pending

This feature is deactivated until the same change in route properties in Payroll is ready, please see the DI Support article on how to use Bulk mode to generate new routes in M135 and M246

We are excited to announce a new feature that allows users to change the distribution scheme (day matrix) on routes in pending without the need to create a new route. This update simplifies the process for users who need to make changes to their routes and eliminates the need to create new routes from scratch.

Previously, if a user needed to modify the distribution scheme on a route in pending, they had to create a new route with the desired changes, then move the modules from the old route to the new route. This could be time-consuming and potentially lead to errors.

With this new feature, users can simply access the route in pending mode and adjust the distribution scheme directly.
