New API for enquiring parcels in DI Commerce

Production date: 22.02.2023.

In this release we will enable a brand new enquired (wanted/etterlyst/efterlyst) API.

With this API, shops and customer centers can easily mark parcels that are cancelled or reported missing by the consumer, preventing them to be distributed. The API can also be used to unmark the parcels if necessary.

Remark that the solution is already implemented in DI interfaces in Flow and the customer search, and there is no change to this solution.
