New feature: Complaint API

With this release we are launching a new Complaint API that enables external systems to log complaints directly for parcels in DI Main—without relying on manual entry through the DI Main user interface.

This API is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve the process for customer support, consumers, distribution, and sales companies. By reducing manual steps and enabling tighter integration, we aim to save time and ensure complaints are registered more accurately and efficiently.

Note: The existing complaint codes remain unchanged and are fully supported by the new endpoint.
