Possibility to set maximum increased amount to retail stores when doing circulation regulation

When doing circulation regulation today, it is possible to set the minimum quantity by which you wish to increase the delivery to the retail stores. With this release, it is now also possible to set the maximum quantity by which you wish to increase the delivery. This enables you to limit the amount of extra products that the retail stores can receive.
