New Parcel Status for Converted Shipments

We’ve added a new status in DI Flow to make parcel tracking more transparent and reduce confusion.

Background

Previously, parcels that were returned or converted could still appear as In transit in Flow. This made it difficult to understand the real situation without cross-checking multiple sources of information. Users often saw parcels listed in the wrong place, which caused unnecessary confusion.

What’s New

• A new parcel status is now available in Flow.

• This status is triggered by the event 132 shipment.rebooked.

• When a parcel is rebooked (for example, returned or converted), it will no longer remain stuck in the In transit category. Instead, it will move into the new status that clearly indicates its updated journey.

Benefits

• Clarity: You no longer need to piece together information from multiple views to understand what happened to a parcel.

• Transparency: Flow users get a more accurate view of parcel handling.
