Q&A from DI Optimize launch

Questions asked:

1. Will DI Optimize work for both routes in DI Main and Plan&Go optimizations?
Yes, DI Optimize supports both DI Main and Plan&Go routes. Currently, we have direct integration between pendings in Main and DI Optimize within QGIS. For Plan&Go, you can achieve similar functionality by manually downloading files from QGIS and importing them as orders into Plan&Go.

2. Can I set up different vehicle types with varying speed capacities for route optimization?
By default, DI Optimize includes three vehicle types: car, bicycle, and walking, each with unique speed and road allowances. In upcoming updates, we’ll be introducing more customizable vehicle profiles, starting with a profile for Paxter vehicles, which we are currently developing.

3. How can we access DI Optimize?
To get started, please refer to our documentation, which provides a step-by-step guide to downloading QGIS and installing the DI Optimize plugin. You’ll also need an API key, which can be obtained by submitting a support ticket at support.di.no.
