Removal of "Bundle" and the possibility to export "Quantities in multibulk per packaging location" as part of productions

With this release:

• We remove the "Bundle" functionality from "Cars" in DI Main, which has not been in use for many years

• We enable the possibility to send the report "Quantities in multibulk per packaging location" to your e-mail as part of running a production

• We fix the error which has occurred if you have tried to open a subcar which has deliveries from several main cars in "Cars" in DI Main
