Mass handling of address exclusions

We are excited to introduce a new feature that streamlines the process of managing exclusions. This enhancement is designed to meet the specific needs of operational and team leaders, providing a more efficient and flexible workflow.

Previously a user needed to set exclusions on a specific address, one by one.

As a user, you can now make exclusions with bulk mode in the Address tab in DI. In the Address tab, you can search by for example Address, Zip Code, Postal Code, or Route. Exclusions will be applied at the address level, offering granularity to your selected criteria.

The interface empowers you to add or remove exclusions for multiple addresses or routes simultaneously by either checking the boxes or selecting all addresses in the search.

When you, as a user, have selected the addresses that you want to change the exclusions on, press Change exclusions on addresses.

In this user interface, you can add reasons for exclusions in addition to, adding or removing exclusions on addresses. In the view above, you can see that you have selected 461 addresses and 103 households [Addresses/Households].

We believe this feature will significantly enhance your experience working with exclusions, providing a more intuitive and powerful tool for exclusion management.
