We’ve finally launched status.di.no — a public service where you can monitor the uptime of DI’s services in real time. This page gives you a quick overview of current service health, allows you to subscribe to incident notifications, and stay informed about planned maintenance. Monitors are updated automatically, and we supplement with manual updates for more complex or specific issues.

To stay informed, visit status.di.no and subscribe for updates relevant to your services.

During Q3 2025, we will transition to using the subscription list from this status page as the primary method of alerting customers about incidents and planned maintenance. This means we will phase out the manually maintained email lists currently used by DI. The specific switchover date will be clearly communicated in advance — we encourage all customers to subscribe as soon as possible to ensure they continue to receive important service updates.
