Two changes for manual top sheets

There are two updates to manual top sheets being released 13.12. The first is fixing of a bug, while the other is new functionality:

1.
We have had an issue with the manual top sheet type "Manual top sheets including addresses for addressed customers (new transport, new layout)".
The issue was that in cases where a newspaper/magazine had a deviating publication which coincided with a geo-adjustment, customers with addressed deliveries were shown twice on the top sheet. This is fixed with this release.

2.
There is now a new input field for manual top sheets - which replaces the old field for limiting the result to only include geo adjusted deliveries. The new input allows the report to be taken out with three different types of deliveries:

1. Only including moved deliveries (distribution time frame or geo-adjustment)

2. Only including deliveries which have not been moved (no distribution time frame or geo-adjustment)

3. Including all deliveries

The date you choose when taking out the report is the distribution date, meaning that if you for example take out the report for Wednesday, December 13th and choose to include "Only moved deliveries", the resulting report will include deliveries which have been moved to Wednesday, December 13th and are distributed that day.
