Underlying packages part of multibulks shown in Plan & Go
Production date: 29.01.2025
With this release, we make a change to how certain packages are exported to Plan & Go. There were some cases where packages that were part of multibulks were not shown in Plan & Go, limiting the use of multibulk. Now, underlying packages which are part of a multibulk package will be shown in Plan & Go. The rule set for the display of bulk packages in Plan & Go will then be like this:
How it has previously worked:
Route packages and retailer packages (not part of bulk) are shown in Plan & Go.
If bulk is applied at the delivery point level, the delivery point is shown in Plan & Go, not the underlying route packages and retailer packages.
If bulk is applied at the vehicle level, the underlying route packages and retailer packages are shown in Plan & Go.
If multibulk is used, the underlying route packages and retailer packages are not shown in Plan & Go.
How it will now work, where points 1, 2, and 3 remain the same, and we apply the same logic for cases involving multibulk:
Route packages and retailer packages (not bulk) are shown in Plan & Go.
If bulk is applied at the delivery point level, the delivery point is shown in Plan & Go, not the underlying route packages and retailer packages.
If bulk is applied at the vehicle level, the underlying route packages and retailer packages are shown in Plan & Go.
If multibulk is used and there is no additional bulk on the vehicle, the underlying route packages and retailer packages are shown in Plan & Go.
If multibulk is used and there is bulk at the delivery point level on the vehicle, the delivery point is shown in Plan & Go, not the underlying route packages and retailer packages.
If multibulk is used and there is bulk at the vehicle level on the vehicle, the underlying route packages and retailer packages are shown in Plan & Go.
