Early cuf-off for activation to EDG/Buddy

We have added support to define the cut-off time for the activation of a parcel in EDB/Buddy earlier. This enables the Cargostream operator to continue scanning and sorting parcels for distribution after the first distribution. The functionality for cut-off time and activation is the same, but it is now possible to define cut-off at 16:00. A parcel scanned after cut-off will (as before) be activated for distribution the day after the next distribution. E.g. A area as distribution every day of the week. A parcel to that area scanned BEFORE cut-off on Monday is visible in EDG/Buddy for Tuesday, and a parcel scanned to that area AFTER cut-off is visible in EDG/Buddy for Wednesday.

Cut-off time is defined for each station in the "Edit" section below "More Options". This is managed by a Cargostream Administrator
