Update on the removal of eBudbok and related reports

The removal of eBudbok has been planned and communicated for a long time. However, we understand that it has been less clear which reports were planned to be remove alongside it.

To provide better clarity, we have updated the plan below to show which reports will remain, which will be updated, and which are planned for removal.

The removal of eBudbok and the delivery app / ebudbok report is planned for July 1st.

eBudbok / Electronic delivery guide Application Access

As mentioned in the previous release note, the following eBudbok access points will be removed:

  • eBudbok from the Select Application menu

Printout EDG / EDG on paper (highlighted in yellow)

This report will remain available for now.

Removal of eBudbok and other related reports (highlighted in red)

The reports highlighted in red is being removed because we believe their use cases are already covered by other reports or existing functionality.

Printout eBudbok V2 (highlighted in green)

This report will remain available and is not planned for removal. The report downloads data from Buddy three times a day, at 16:00, 22:00 and 02:00, and shows what has actually been in Buddy the last 30 days.

After the summer, we will make the following improvements:

  • Fix an issue where long product lists overlap other information in the report.

  • Add support to select languages: Norwegian, English, and Swedish.

  • Rename the report (as mentioned in the previous release notes) to Printout Delivery App Report (Utskrift Leveringsapp).

eBudbok report in pending is not being removed

We would like to clarify that the eBudbok report in pending (forfall) is not planned for removal and is not affected by the removal described above.
