Consumer flexibility - Enquired API

User story

As a webshop I would like to offer the consumer the possibility to cancel their order after it has been shipped from our warehouse and have the possibility to stop a parcel from being delivered.

Background

Today it is possible to mark a parcel as enquired (etterlyst/efterlyst) in Flow and Customer search (Main). A parcel marked as enquired is not possible to scan in outgoing mode, and if it at the time is activated for distribution in EDG/Buddy this is removed.

Today consumers and webshops have to contact the parcel logistic sales company to use this functionality, and their support agents have to use DIs interfaces. With this functionality available through this new API is will save a lot of time and work more efficiently.
