Enquiring of return parcels available in Flow

In this patch we have enabled the possibility to enquire (mark as wanted) return parcels using the Flow user interface. Prior to this enhancement, it has only been possible to do this for outgoing parcels.
By utilizing this improvement, we have made sure that both the enquired API and user interface will work the same way.
