New version of Publisher application

New Publisher design
A new Publisher is launched in this release - it is created using DI's new design system. The functionality in the new Publisher is similar to the old one, and no operating functionality has been removed. However, some new key functionality is introduced:

1. The possibility to see the distribution time frame setup for your product
   
   Previously, it was has not been possible to see distribution time frames in DI. These setups were maintained by DI backoffice. From now on, it is possible to see the setups in Publisher, and some super users also have the possibility to edit it.

2. The possibility to see all deviations (both carrier-delivered and postal deviations)
   
   Previously, it was only possible to see carrier-delivered deviations on the Customer page in DI, but not in the Publisher application. With this new enhancement, our Norwegian customers can now see both carrier-delivered deviations and postal deviations for their designated products in Publisher. Remark that our Swedish customers can see their carrier-delivered deviations in the same GUI.

A new Publisher also means there will be a new URL: https://publisher.prod.media.aws.di.no/

The link on app.di.no is also changed to the correct new URL.
