Publisher in new design

Background

We are working on creating a new design system for DI. A design system is a collection of reusable components and clear standards that can be assembled together to build applications. The goal after creating the design system is that our users will get a better user experience across our applications. The first of our products which is being built in the new design system is Publisher. The functionality will still be the same, but it will look different.
