User story

As a distribution company I need system support to plan my carrier staffing and their payment according for industry standard to handle this efficiently

Background

Today DI offer a product called DI Payroll. With this product the distribution companies have a system where the correct payment is calculated based on country specific industry agreements, and the product is integrated with the actually payment service. The product is also used as a light-weight staff-planning system because it holds information on who is working when.

The media industry has changes a lot since this service was introduced, and the requirements to a product like this need to better address increased distribution flexibility, differentiation on how carrier staffing is done and better support for staff planning.

Deliveries

• Together with our customers we want to find the best future for staff planing and payroll functionality. Exploring third party systems and integrations as options.
